This is a cooperative bid for student transportation services, involving multiple school districts within Cattaraugus, Allegany, Erie, and Wyoming counties. The Cattaraugus/Allegany Board of Cooperative Educational Services is inviting sealed bids for these services. Vendor registration is required to access the bid documents, and support can be reached at 1-800-835-4603. Alternatively, bid information can be requested by emailing purchasing@caboces.org. Bids are due by 3:00 P.M. on June 3, 2026, and will be accepted either at the Cattaraugus/Allegany BOCES' located at 1825 Windfall Road, Olean, NY 14760, or online via BidNetDirect.com. Bids will be publicly opened on June 4, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. via a Zoom meeting and in-person. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, or accept the bid that is deemed in the best interest of the school district, with the option to award in whole or in part. Bids will remain firm for forty-five (45) days following the bid opening.
