Description

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is requesting funding applications for its Housing Preservation Program (HPP). This program aims to fund the acquisition, renovation, or operations of existing subsidized or naturally occurring affordable rental units within the City of Pittsburgh. The HPP's mission is to invest in affordable rental housing that is at risk of becoming market-rate. Funding for this initiative originates from the American Rescue Plan. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. To apply, applicants must submit a completed Exhibit B - Application Narrative, Exhibit C - Excel Application, and all applicable attachments listed in Exhibit D - Attachments Checklist, as detailed in the attached Housing Preservation Program Funding Application PDF.
