Bowling Center and Food & Beverage Upgrades

This project involves comprehensive design and construction services to renovate and modernize an eight-lane bowling center. The scope includes replacing the existing pinsetter units with new string bowling systems, establishing an electronic gaming area, and upgrading food operations. The work encompasses all necessary demolition, installation, renovation, temporary construction, and restoration to deliver a complete and functional facility. The contractor will be responsible for site investigation, including surveys and utility locates, as well as providing complete architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, landscape, and fire protection designs in accordance with all applicable codes and requirements. All materials, furnishings, equipment, and fixtures required for a usable facility must be provided, along with all associated material handling, staging, delivery, and installation.
