Elevator Repair and Inspection Services for Building 3416

This solicitation is for elevator repair and inspection services for Building 3416 located at the Hawaii Air National Guard, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The elevator is currently inoperative and requires the replacement of a leaking Jack Seal and a defective Poppet Valve. Following repairs, a full-load safety test must be conducted in accordance with ASME A17.1 and state mandates. The contractor must field verify all systems and ensure proper operation. All personnel performing work must be certified/licensed elevator mechanics in Hawaii and comply with all federal and state codes and regulations. The period of performance is estimated to be 30 days, from September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
