Description

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking bids for two 35kW standby generators. The generators must have a continuous standby rating of 35kW, run on LP Vapor, and operate at 480VAC, three-phase output at 60Hz. They should be an open-set configuration with integrated control panels and heavy-duty industrial frames, including forklift pockets. A winterization package, block heater, and battery warmer are required for cold-weather operation. The generators must feature electric start with safety shutdowns and digital control panels displaying voltage, frequency, amperage, hours, and engine diagnostics. Manufacturer's manuals and standard warranty documentation are required. On-site startup and testing by a manufacturer-certified technician are required within two months of delivery, along with a comprehensive customer orientation. The delivery location for the generators is 205 Chamberlain Rd., Mills, WY 82644, with a required delivery date of October 1, 2026. All supplied items will be warranted for one year from the date of delivery. Pricing must include all costs, including delivery.
