Bare Ground Preparation for Crop Planting Services

Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) intends to issue a requirement for listing services on bare ground at the Federal Correctional Complex in Lompoc, California. The purpose of this work is to prepare agricultural fields for crop planting. UNICOR requires a contractor to provide bed and furrow creation services on ground that has been pre-prepared by Lompoc Farm Staff. All work will be performed on government-designated acreage. Required services include: * Listing up/Creating beds and furrows suitable for planting agricultural crops. * Applying fertilizer as directed by the Lompoc Farm Manager or designee. Fertilizer type, application rate, and total quantity will be determined by Lompoc Farm Staff. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.
