Expeditionary Combat Skills Instructor Support Services
DEPT OF THE NAVY
The Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) requires qualified and certified instructors to conduct Expeditionary Combat Skills (ECS) training for Navy personnel at their Gulfport, MS detachment. The ECS course covers essential skills such as basic tactical communications, convoy operations, small arms, tactical shooting, counter-IED, mission planning, basic tactical movement, CBRNE procedures, and judgment-based engagement training. The contractor will be responsible for managing instructors, providing student remediation and testing assistance, supporting Academic Review Boards, managing weapons range logistics, and transporting personnel and weapons. The training is classified as high-risk and requires instructors to possess specific qualifications and experience in tactical operations and instruction. This opportunity is specifically for SeaPort NXG MAC holders and is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
