Office Supplies, Furniture, and Services

The Center for Family Services (CFS) Head Start is issuing a Request for Proposal for office supplies, office furniture, and related services. The contract will cover a 12-month period from August 1st, 2026, to July 31st, 2027. Key requirements include contract or preferred pricing, free same-day and guaranteed next-day shipping with no additional shipping costs, consistent pricing with competitive matching, and locked-in rates on staple items to be determined by CFS Head Start. The selected vendor will also provide assistance with the design, delivery, and installation of new office renovation projects.
