]https://www.njpublicnotices.comThe Township of Maplewood is requesting proposals from qualified Architectural Historians for the preparation of an intensive-level architectural survey of the Roosevelt Park section of Maplewood. The selected consultant will work with the Maplewood Historic Preservation Commission to survey a minimum of 165 historic properties using a database application provided by the State Historic Preservation Office (HPO) and GIS mapping data. The survey data will be compiled into a report that includes intensive-level research, eligibility findings, a summary of the survey effort, and appended individual survey forms. The Township seeks a firm or individual that meets the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards for Architectural Historian or Historic Architect. All service contractors are required to comply with applicable federal, state, and local procurement laws, including Affirmative Action, Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts, and Disclosure of Ownership.
