State Complex Generators and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Testing and Repairs
DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION (NC)
The North Carolina Department of Administration, Facility Management Division, is soliciting bids for load bank testing, rental, and repair services for generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS) located within the State Complex in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is an agency-specific term contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities, and services will be requested on an as-needed basis. The contract will have an initial term of one year, beginning August 1, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. Services include four-hour load bank testing on each generator, emergency and non-emergency repair services at fixed hourly rates, and temporary generator rental services up to 2 MEG generator units if a generator fails. Response times for emergency repairs require a one-hour call return and on-site service within two hours of initial notification. All technicians must have a minimum of three years of generator maintenance experience, and the vendor must be capable of working on a minimum of three projects simultaneously.
