Primary Depository and Banking Services for Itawamba Community College

Itawamba Community College (ICC) is seeking sealed proposals for primary depository and banking services. Proposals will be received until 12:00 p.m. on June 4, 2026, at the Business Office, Administration Building, 602 West Hill Street, Fulton, MS 38843. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. RFP documents can be obtained from Lauren Inmon in the Business Office at the address above, by phone at 662-862-8015, or by email request to lpinmon@iccms.edu. Proposals may also be obtained through the Central Bidding Website at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the specified location in accordance with the instructions within the RFP. ICC reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any and all proposals, and alter selection and/or award dates as needed. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria set forth in the RFP, with the award going to the responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal is determined to be the lowest and best, considering all evaluation factors. ICC reserves the right to select a proposal other than the lowest cost proposal under the 'lowest and best' standard. Members of the Board of Trustees and employees of Itawamba Community College are prohibited from proposal submission.
