Dauphin County Bridge Maintenance Contract

Dauphin County is seeking bids for a Bridge Maintenance Contract. The project involves maintenance repairs and stream channel debris removal for nine county-owned bridges. Bidding documents are available and can be downloaded from the PennBID website. All official notifications and addenda will be provided through this designated website. Bidders are required to register as a plan holder on PennBID. Bids must be submitted online via PennBID by Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time, at which point they will be publicly opened and read. Bidders must comply with state antibid-rigging regulations and submit an executed non-collusion affidavit. Additionally, bidders must utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system as required by Pennsylvania's Public Works Employment Verification Act. The project cost is estimated to be greater than $25,000, and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will apply. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date. Dauphin County reserves the right to waive defects and reject any or all proposals.
