Construction Management Services for White Center Ponds Retrofit Project

King County is soliciting proposals for Construction Management Services for the White Center Ponds Retrofit Project. The estimated total price for this contract is $668,442.38. A key component of this contract will be the development and submittal of an Equity and Social Justice (ESJ) Innovation Plan. This plan must detail the approach, strategies, and actionable steps to maximize the participation of Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) firms.
