Supply of 115 kV Combination Instrument Transformers

Columbia Basin Hydropower (CBHP) is soliciting bids for the supply of seven 115 kV Combination Instrument Transformers for metering and protection purposes. Interested parties can obtain a detailed bid package by contacting the CBHP office via email at info@cbhydro.org. Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM PST on June 18, 2026, at the CBHP office located at 107 D Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. CBHP anticipates issuing a Notice of Award on or about June 25, 2026, and reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids.
