Emergency Lodging Services for JIATFS

This is a sources sought notice to identify potential contractors capable of providing emergency lodging services for Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS) personnel and their families. The services are required to support immediate relocation of personnel during hurricane evacuations from Key West, Florida. The contractor shall provide accommodation in a safe and secure location with capacity for 350 rooms at government rate or to be negotiated. All rooms must include a kitchenette, internet, and standard amenities, and hotels must be pet-friendly. Additionally, a conference room with capacity for 600 people and audiovisual equipment is required for command activities. The services will be located in Orlando, FL, and Largo, FL. The government is considering multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with a potential duration of five years or until a total order value of $5,000,000 is reached, whichever comes first.
