The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from up to ten qualified consultants to provide study, design, and construction administration and inspection services on an as-needed basis. These services will support the City's water system throughout Phoenix. A pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 11:00 am. The meeting will be held at 200 W. Washington, City Hall, 8th Floor East Conference Room, and also virtually via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at this meeting is strongly recommended, as City staff will discuss the scope of work and answer questions. The Request for Qualifications packet will be available for download on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix. Firms must be registered as a vendor on this portal to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
