Dispute Resolution Program Services

The County of Los Angeles Workforce Development, Aging and Community Services (WDACS) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Dispute Resolution Program (DRP) Services. The DRP aims to provide County residents with a venue to resolve disputes outside of the court system. Trained volunteers will assist disputants in reaching resolutions efficiently, thereby avoiding legal and court fees. The program offers three distinct service categories: Community, Day of Hearing Civil Court, and Restorative Justice.
