JMSC-IP Building Sign Installation

This opportunity is for the installation of custom building signage at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The scope of work includes fabricating and installing a USARPAC logo (36" x 36") and "Joint Multinational Simulation Center Indo-Pacific" lettering on the south side of Building 1503. The letters must be 24 inches in height, half an inch in depth, all capitalized, painted black, and made from aluminum or plastic materials suitable for outdoor elements. The lettering must adhere to Helvetica Neue 85 Font standards, in accordance with DPW UFC 3-120-01. The vendor will be responsible for the complete installation of the letters and logo. The building is not considered historical. A site visit is scheduled for Friday, May 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM HST.
