Joint and Crack Sealing Compound

The Town of Dartmouth, Department of Public Works is seeking bids for joint and crack sealing compound. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the MassDOT Highway Division for the class of work as CRACK SEALING. The estimated value for the first year is $62,450.00, with the potential for two additional 12-month option periods, bringing the total estimated project value to $187,350.00 over three years. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, treasurer's check, or cashier's check, amounting to five percent of the total bid value. A Non-Collusion Form and Statement of Taxes must also be submitted with the bid.
