Intergovernmental Agreement for Transit Services - City of Tempe and Regional Public Transportation Authority

This resolution authorizes the Mayor of the City of Tempe, Arizona, to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Regional Public Transportation Authority. The agreement is for the purchase and supply of transit services for the fiscal year 2025-26. The City Manager or their designee is authorized to take any necessary further actions and execute any necessary documents to fulfill the purposes of this resolution. This resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council on March 26, 2026.
