Deck, Porch, Stairs, and Ramp Replacement Project at CCSO Firing Range

Chatham County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for a deck, porch, stairs, and ramp replacement project at the Chatham County Sheriff Office (CCSO) Firing Range Buildings 1 and 2. This project requires the contractor to provide all necessary materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor. The contract will be awarded as a one-time, single award. All work must comply with Federal, State, and Local codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations, including ADA specifications for ramps. The contractor will be responsible for all debris removal and disposal. Bidders must provide at least three references, and if work has been done for Chatham County in the last five years, one reference must be from Chatham County. A current Occupational Tax Certificate from any municipality or county within Georgia is required at the time of award. All questions regarding this project must be submitted in writing through the Chatham County Purchasing portal.
