Description
The City of Dallas is seeking a contractor to develop a comprehensive modeling framework for its water supply system. This project aims to enhance planning, seasonal outlooks, and short-range operational management. The work involves revising the existing monthly RiverWare model to integrate seasonal supply and demand projections, thereby providing early outlooks and preparedness for potential shortages. Additionally, a new forecast-informed, short-range operational and management model will be developed.
