Office Lease - Elsberry, Missouri

The Missouri Department of Conservation is requesting proposals for a lease of approximately 3,994 net rentable square feet of office and storage space. The leased space should be located within five (5) miles of Elsberry, Missouri. The initial lease period is for one (1) year, with four (4) one-year renewal options. The target date for occupancy is July 1, 2026, with the initial lease ending on June 30, 2027. The space requirements include office areas, climate-controlled storage, and non-climate-controlled storage. Detailed specifications for electrical, telecommunications, employee entrances, power-assisted doors, HVAC systems, interior construction, finishes, and accessibility are provided. The facility must comply with all applicable building codes, ADA standards, and other relevant regulations. The lessor is responsible for providing and maintaining the facility, including utilities, lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal. The lessee will be responsible for pest control.
