Motors for Patrol Boat - Kenai National Wildlife Refuge

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the procurement and installation of two Honda BF150 DXDA outboard engines or equivalent for a law enforcement patrol boat at the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. The existing engines have reached the end of their service life and require replacement to ensure continued mission-critical operations. The scope of work includes removing existing outboard motors, procuring, delivering, and installing two new outboard engines along with necessary rigging, controls, propellers, wiring, and hardware. The installation must comply with U.S. Coast Guard and manufacturer standards. A system integration check and an on-water operational test witnessed by a Government representative are also required. The work is to be performed at a Government-designated location within or near the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska.
