Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary of The Village Charter School by Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The bid opening will take place at The Village Charter School, 101 Sullivan Way, Trenton, New Jersey 08628. Electronic submissions are not accepted. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., and provide a Statement of Ownership, a Prequalification Affidavit, a Notice of Classification, and a Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts Form. All contractors must possess a valid New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development Public Works Contractor's Registration Certificate. A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, not to exceed $20,000.00, made payable to The Village Charter School, must accompany each bid. Failure to comply with instructions or submit all required forms may result in disqualification. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
