Summit County Culinary Water Storage Tank and Waterline Project

Summit County Service Area No. 3 is requesting bids for the SCSA#3 - Culinary Water 2026 Project. This project involves the construction of a new 750,000-gallon concrete storage tank, including a tank valve vault, over 14,000 linear feet of culinary waterlines (6" to 10" diameter), and 2,500 linear feet of access roadway. Additional work includes PRV station installation and asphalt removal and replacement. The project requires substantial completion of all work, except for revegetation, by January 31, 2027, with full completion of all contract work by July 1, 2027.
