Instructional Materials, Supplies, Testing, and Materials

The Garland Independent School District is soliciting proposals for the purchase of instructional materials, supplies, testing, and materials. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked based on best value to the District, considering criteria such as purchase price (45 points), vendor reputation (17 points), quality of goods or services (15 points), extent to which goods or services meet the District's needs (20 points), and vendor's past relationship with the District (3 points). The preferred method of payment is Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), with the option of a check.
