Delivered Pizza for London ISD Food & Nutrition Services

London Independent School District (ISD) is soliciting proposals for a vendor to provide delivered pizza for their Food & Nutrition Services department. The services are required for the 2026-2027 school year, with deliveries expected every Friday, and potential for Thursday or Wednesday deliveries if the school is closed on Fridays. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with options to extend for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for delivering cheese and pepperoni pizza that meets National School Lunch Program (NSLP) specifications, including whole grain flour crust, part-skim cheese, and pork or pork/beef pepperoni. Each slice must contribute 2 grains and 2 meat/meat alternatives. Pizza must be delivered hot, cut into eight equal servings, and at a temperature of 135degF or higher. Nutritional labels, ingredient labels, and a nutritional analysis meeting NSLP and USDA Child Nutrition Program requirements must be submitted with the bid. The award will be based on factors including price, ability to meet delivery requirements, Buy American documentation, years of experience with Child Nutrition Programs, and product formulation.
