Citywide Historic Resource Survey Planning and Public Engagement Strategy

The City of Des Moines, Iowa is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive work program and public engagement strategy. This strategy will guide a future Citywide Historic Resource Survey. The City requires that all responses be submitted electronically through their bidding system by the specified close date and time. Faxed, emailed, mailed, or hand-delivered responses will not be accepted.
