Windstorm Debris Removal Services

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the removal of debris resulting from a high wind event in December 2025. The scope of work involves clearing tree debris from the roadway right-of-way, extending approximately 10-15 feet from the roadway's edge. This project is fully funded by the State of Alaska disaster relief program, specifically the December 2025 Mat-Su High Winds event (AK 25-324-2025). All questions or requests for clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Borough's Purchasing Office via email at Purchasing@matsugov.us. Inquiries directed to any other Borough staff or consultants may result in the disqualification of the proposal.
