Cosmetics for Resale in Offender Canteens

The Missouri Department of Corrections is soliciting bids for cosmetics to be resold in the offender canteens at the Chillicothe Correctional Center and the Women's Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center. The contract period will be from the date of award through April 16, 2027. Products must be of retail quality, individually bar-coded, and not contain ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. Aerosol items, glass, double barrel, or metal containers are not permitted. Deliveries must be made within five business days of receiving a purchase order.
