Description

The National Park Service (NPS) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the replacement of two commercial backflow prevention assemblies and the installation of associated heated aluminum valved enclosures at Fort Smith National Historic Site. This project also includes lining existing Orangeburg sewer piping. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Sebastian, AR will apply. The NAICS code for this project is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a small business size standard of $45 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. The anticipated start date for this project is Summer 2026, with performance to begin in Summer 2026.
