Waupaca County Jail Door, Intercom, and Utility Systems Upgrade

Waupaca County is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive upgrade of the existing door, intercom, and utility systems at the Waupaca County Jail. The project scope includes replacing six existing HMI stations with upgraded hardware and software, installing a seventh station for event logging, and replacing the PLC system with new upgraded components. The existing analog intercom systems will be upgraded to new IP Audio intercom master stations in each control pod. The network infrastructure will be enhanced with new PoE network switches to support the IP audio intercom stations and existing camera switches. The existing BVMS will be updated with new servers and workstations, and the software will be upgraded to the latest version. All necessary Cat6 cabling will be installed. The selected vendor must provide 24/7 technical support, including on-site preventable maintenance.
