Signs and Sign Installation Services

The State of Delaware, through its Office of Management and Budget, Government Support Services, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive signs and sign installation services. This contract will cover the needs of all State Agencies, and will be accessible to School Districts, Political Subdivisions, Municipalities, Volunteer Fire Companies, and higher education entities receiving state funds. The scope includes the design, fabrication, installation, and potentially removal of various types of interior and exterior signage, including dimensional letters, monument signs, parking signs, illuminated signs, and specialty signs like electronic message boards. Vendors are required to provide detailed proposals addressing their capabilities, including design, fabrication processes, materials, durability, installation, safety protocols, and lead times. All artwork and design files created under this contract will become the property of the State of Delaware. Compliance with ADA standards and relevant industry regulations such as ANSI and OSHA is mandatory. Vendors may be required to provide tangible samples or high-quality electronic images of their work.
