Walk-In Cooler and Installation Services

The Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), Sole Supervisory District of Orange and Ulster Counties, is soliciting sealed bids for a walk-in cooler and installation services. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the OU BOCES Business Office, located at 53 Gibson Rd, Goshen, NY 10924-9777. Bid documents are officially distributed through the Empire State Purchasing Group website (www.empirestatebidsystem.com) and the Orange Ulster BOCES Business Office. Vendors are strongly encouraged to register on the Empire State Purchasing Group website to ensure receipt of all addenda. Bids must be submitted by the deadline of 2:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
