Cooperative Educational Services (CES) is soliciting proposals for the 2026-22 NMPED CSEL Program Management and Certification Services. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the CES online eProcurement system by Friday, May 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time. A non-mandatory pre-proposal virtual meeting will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time via Microsoft Teams. Login information for the meeting can be found in the CES eProcurement system. CES reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
