Clinton County, New York, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to manage the operations and maintenance of the Clinton County Public Transit (CCPT) system. The contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of CCPT, which includes six regularly scheduled deviated routes, one seasonal route, and an on-demand Dial-A-Ride service. The scope of work involves managing staff (operators, mechanics, administrative), ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining the fleet, and providing monthly operational reports. The contract is for a base term of two years (January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028) with three optional one-year renewal periods, extending through December 31, 2031. The contractor will be responsible for hiring and supervising all necessary staff, who will be employees of the contractor, not the County. The County will provide the transit facility and fleet vehicles.
