The State of Missouri, through the Missouri Public Service Commission, is soliciting bids for audit and tax filing services for the Missouri Universal Service Fund (MoUSF). The selected contractor will be responsible for performing annual audits of the MoUSF Administrator in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and for accurately preparing and filing all required tax forms, including Tax Form 990. Key requirements include that the contractor's personnel must be Certified Professional Accountants (CPAs) licensed in Missouri, possess a minimum of three years of experience in both auditing and tax filing services, and maintain independence from the entities being audited and from state regulatory bodies.
