Administrative, Educational Consulting, and Professional Development Services

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Administrative, Educational Consultants, & Professional Development Services. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation period, with vendors encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. Proposals will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the District. The contract term will be from the date of award for one year, with the option to extend for four additional one-year terms, concluding on October 31, 2027. Successful respondents must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via email. Vendors are prohibited from accepting or processing orders without a valid Purchase Order from CFBISD.
