Description

This Request for Bids (RFB) is for the lease of the historic John Nelson House, a approximately 2,370 square foot New England farmhouse built circa 1808, located at Minute Man National Historical Park. The property is suitable for low-impact, non-transient, single-family residential occupancy. The lessee will be responsible for all utilities and routine maintenance, and must maintain the historic appearance of the structure and grounds. The lease term will be a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, with a monthly rent of $3,200, totaling $38,400 annually.
