Generator Maintenance and Service

The University of Wisconsin-Shared Services, on behalf of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, is requesting bids for the maintenance and service of emergency generators. This procurement aims to secure ongoing services to ensure the reliable operation of essential generator equipment. The scope of work includes routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair services for generators. Bidders are required to detail their maintenance schedules, including annual inspections, oil and filter changes, fuel testing, and electrical/mechanical checks. For repair services, bidders must provide written quotes with a breakdown of labor and materials, not to exceed the quoted amount. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with two additional one-year renewal options. All services are to be performed by qualified personnel, and bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in generator maintenance and service.
