Preliminary & Design Engineering Services for Barnes County Bridge Replacements

Barnes County is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide construction engineering services for two bridge replacement projects in 2026. The projects include: * 02-122-36.0 - Bridge Replacement (1 mile West and 2 miles North of Kathryn, ND) * 02-132-40.0 - Bridge Replacement (1 Mile SE of Nome, ND) Services required include Project Management, Project Administration, Construction Observation, Surveying, and Material Testing. Additional services may be negotiated through supplemental agreements based on performance, proposal, and funding availability. Proposals are limited to 5 pages, excluding the cover letter, and should detail past performance, personnel ability, willingness to meet time and budget, location, workload, related experience, and project understanding. The County plans to interview up to three firms before selection.
