Wood Products Tailored Logistics Support Program

This solicitation covers softwood lumber, hardwood lumber, and plywood veneer, falling under FSC classes 5510, 5520, and 5530. It is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside with an approved Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) Waiver, allowing small businesses to supply products from other-than-small manufacturers. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity/Multiple Award Contract with a two-year base period and three one-year option periods. The estimated annual dollar value is $7,894,392.00, with a total estimated five-year value of $39,471,960.00. The guaranteed minimum for each contract is $200,000.00. The West Region includes states such as Arizona, California, Colorado, and others, as well as OCONUS locations like Alaska, Guam, Japan, and Korea. Vendors are required to offer pricing on all 23 Price Evaluation List (PEL) items. Delivery schedules are defined for routine and urgent requirements for different wood product categories.
