The Alabama Air National Guard (ALALANG) is seeking a strategic partner to enhance its digital recruiting efforts. The objective is to connect with early-career talent, aged 17-28, across a national network of higher education institutions. The partnership aims to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support recruiting goals. The anticipated period of performance is one year from the contract award date. Key capabilities required include providing access to a nationwide network of higher education institutions, tools for proactive candidate engagement with at least 60,000 candidates annually, and the promotion of recruiting events. Vendors must also provide a centralized, premium-branded employer page for the ALANG, support for hosting video and branding content, and the ability to manage unlimited job postings with a target job view-to-application conversion rate of at least 15%. Additionally, vendors are expected to provide detailed quarterly performance reports covering metrics such as candidates reached, employer page views, follower growth, job views, applications, conversion rates, and event attendance. Benchmarking analysis comparing ALANG performance against other federal and private sector employers is also required.
