Banking Services for Lafayette Consolidated Government

Lafayette Consolidated Government (LCG) is requesting sealed proposals for banking services. Proposals will be received until 10:00 AM Central Standard Time on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the Purchasing Division office located at 705 W. University, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70506. Proposals received after this time will be returned unopened. A mandatory remote pre-proposal conference will be held on May 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM via Zoom (Link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88139604537?pwd=LpJAXPyo71Ixkkxc9SUG7JxIDuDMO3.1, Passcode: 768626). Attendance at this conference is mandatory for proposal consideration. Proposals from vendors not attending will not be considered. LCG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, make an award without further discussion, and request best and final offers from finalists. Proposals may be incorporated into the resulting contract. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for at least 120 days after opening. LCG strongly encourages the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs).
