The selected vendor will provide environmentally sustainable, non-toxic, and alcohol-free cleaning products suitable for secure correctional environments. The scope includes product supply, delivery, setup of dispensing equipment, and comprehensive training for RIDOC personnel and inmate workers. Training will cover safe product handling, equipment operation, and compliance with safety standards, leading to documented certification for inmates. The vendor must also provide a minimum one-year warranty on equipment and ongoing service support, including preventive maintenance and prompt response to service issues. Vendor employees entering facilities will be subject to background checks and must adhere to strict security protocols.
