182d Airlift Wing Regularly Scheduled Drill Lodging BPA

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for lodging services to support the 182d Airlift Wing's Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSDs). The Government intends to award one to three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with a five-year ordering period from May 15, 2026, to May 14, 2031. Each BPA will have a maximum capacity of $349,000.00. The offer due date has been extended to May 29, 2026. The services required include single and double occupancy rooms, with rates not to exceed the GSA Per Diem rates for Peoria, IL. Offerors must be the owner, operator, or authorized on-site manager of the lodging facility and demonstrate direct control over room inventory and management. The evaluation will be based on price, technical performance, and past performance as a tie-breaker. Lodging facilities must be located within 20 miles of the 182d Airlift Wing in Peoria, IL.
