Painting Services for Chesterfield County

Chesterfield County, in collaboration with Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS), is soliciting bids for a requirements contract to provide comprehensive interior and exterior painting services. These services will be performed on an "as needed" basis across various county facilities and schools. The contract aims to ensure all painting products are applied according to manufacturer specifications, guaranteeing uniform and defect-free finishes. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the work, including adherence to EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) standards for lead-safe work. The scope includes surface preparation, application of primers and topcoats, caulking, glazing, and minor repairs such as filling holes and patching sheetrock up to 32 square feet. The contractor must maintain a clean worksite, properly dispose of waste, and protect newly painted areas. For school sites, contractor personnel will be required to check in via the Raptor system, and all employees must display County-issued identification badges while on County property. The County reserves the right to make multiple contract awards and does not guarantee a minimum amount of work.
