Substance Abuse Treatment Services

Flagler County, Florida, is seeking proposals from qualified local and regional non-profit organizations for substance abuse treatment and related services. Funding for these services is available through the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Trust, with awards ranging from a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $35,000. This is a one-time award, with a potential for a one-year renewal if funds become available. The goal of this initiative is to enhance community resources for individuals facing substance use disorders. Eligible services include outreach, assessment, individual and group counseling, family and community engagement, relapse prevention, aftercare, sober living/recovery housing, and co-occurring dual diagnosis services. The target population is adults (18+) residing in Flagler County, with special attention to vulnerable populations. Services must adhere to NIDA, SAMHSA, and Florida Department of Children and Families standards, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
