Description
The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is soliciting bids for the Red Line Infrastructure Upgrades project. The complete Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be available on the CDTA website (www.cdta.org) starting April 27, 2026. Vendors must complete an online registration form to access the RFP. Questions regarding the IFB must be submitted in writing to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement, at sdsansky@cdta.org no later than 11:00 AM EST on May 13, 2026. CDTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The solicitation also includes prohibitions on procurement lobbying pursuant to State Finance Law sections 139-j and 139-k, restricting communications between offerers and CDTA during the procurement process.
